The Unhappy Hour fuzz pedal is a modern interpretation of the Superfuzz. The original Superfuzz is gnarly as hell, but not always loud. To solve this, the Unhappy Hour adds an additional MOSFET boost stage after the fuzz, capable of adding an additional 20db of output. The heart(break) of the pedal is the classic octave-fuzz circuit recreated to vintage specs with modern components for increased stability.
It features hand-selected and matched transistors, true-bypass switching, and high quality capacitors, jacks, and hardware throughout.
